Otherwise, we always send a shipping confirmation email after an order is shipped. This email contains a tracking link for almost all orders. As a starting point, click on the link to see where your delivery is up to. Check your spam folder if you haven't seen the confirmation email.

We don't undertake any bespoke or custom design work. This includes engraving (we recommend you talk to a local manufacturing jeweller about engraving one of our designs for you).
If your change to an existing design is a simple one we may be able to assist you. Simple changes may include a change to necklace length, swapping a gemstone or chain for another type we already stock, etc.. Use the contact form below or our chat function to ask.
As a small family-run business we're not in a position to do this, especially given the number of requests we receive.
We ship from South Australia. Our orders can be sent across Australia and to most major countries. You can find the answers to shipping questions on the shipping page.

We accept payment by major debit and credit cards. We also accept payment by: Paypal, Afterpay (in Australia only), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Check the logos at the bottom of every page on our site to see all available payment methods.

Simone Walsh Jewellery only sells through a very limited number of 'bricks and mortar' retail outlets in Australia. We are also currently undertaking a review of our wholesale business and have not been taking on new retailers recently. However, feel free to use the contact form below to tell us more about your shop.
Note that we do not undertake new consignment arrangements with retail outlets.
We only sell directly to customers via our online shop and through very occasional major design markets.
Workshop visits aren't possible as we're not set up for having customers come to our premises and our insurance policy forbids it.
However, all of our Australian designed jewellery comes with a money back happiness guarantee, so if you purchase a piece and it's not the right thing, you can easily return it for a refund.

Yes. Photographs of Simone's jewellery are covered by a Creative Commons License. You can use images of our jewellery as long as you provide attribution and a link back to simonewalsh.com.
Under the license, our image/s should never be made into derivative works or used for direct commercial gain without permission being obtained first. Read more.
